The First 50 people to register and reserve a room are guaranteed a poolside room. All registrants are encouraged to register early to guarantee a poolside room and to guarantee an private afterhours pool party both nights of the conference.
When calling to reserve your room, please ask for the Sales office. Ask for Doris or Vicki. They will gladly help with any questions about the hotel.

special arrangements after registering.

must have your CAC registration code to book your room for the listed

Hotel Layout
The rooms in Blue are the poolside rooms that once rented will ensure that the pool parties will be private after-hours pool parties.
Hotel Room break down:
- 102-162 First Floor, 102-122 are First floor Poolside area
- 202-268 Second Floor. 202-222 second floor poolside area
- 331-368 Third Floor. No Third Floor Poolside rooms.
Single Room Pricing**
Rooms with the Double Beds or a Single King bed are $65.00 a night.
Transportation
The hotel provides transportation to and from the Airport. Hotel's fee is 10.00 each way too and from the airport
Medical Needs
If you have a medical need, please check with the hotel when booking your room for accommodations. The earlier you register, the better your chances are for a ground floor room.
