NexGen Ministries

One of the values of the Crossroads Conference is a deep commitment to investing in and empowering NextGen leaders. We believe the future of the Church will be shaped by leaders who are spiritually grounded, relationally connected, missionally engaged, and responsive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Rather than simply preparing young leaders for someday, we believe God is already calling and using them now. 

As we look toward the road ahead, we want to intentionally create space for younger leaders to bring their voices, gifts, creativity, and leadership into the life of the conference. Our desire is not only to mentor and support emerging leaders, but to partner with them in the work God is already doing among us.
