The future of the church depends on the leaders we develop today. Who are the next pastors, church planters, ministry leaders, and Kingdom leaders that God is raising up among us? How do we help them flourish? The Crossroads Conference is seeking a full-time Director of Leadership Development to help answer these questions.

This strategic leadership role will work alongside the superintendent to identify and develop emerging leaders, strengthen our Ministerial Education and Guidance process, equip pastors and lay leaders, support church revitalization, and help build healthy churches throughout our conference. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing people, thinks strategically, leads relationally, and believes the best investment we can make is in the leaders God is raising today.This is more than a job.
